What To Expect.

  • Appointments.

    Appointments with Sirona Wellness Spa may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. A valid bank card is required to be kept on file for all appointments. This information is securely stored and used solely to enforce our cancellation and no-show policies. Guests may select their preferred payment method at checkout.

    If card information is not provided on the same day an appointment is booked, the reservation may be cancelled at any time, with or without notice. Service offerings and pricing are subject to change without prior notice; however, any confirmed appointments will be honored at the rate in effect at the time of booking.

  • Arriving & Parking.

    Parking is available at the back of the building. The entrance to Sirona Wellness Spa is located on the side of the building, between the mural.

    We kindly ask all first-time guests to arrive 10–15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to complete intake forms and familiarize themselves with our spa and staff.

    Please refrain from bringing valuable items to your appointment. Sirona Wellness Spa is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings.

  • Payment Policy.

    Payments are accepted in the form of cash, credit or debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Sirona Wellness Spa gift cards.

    Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sirona Wellness Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards.

    Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are left at the discretion of the guest.

    Checks are not accepted as a form of payment.

  • Pricing Policy.

    Sirona Wellness Spa strives to ensure that all pricing listed on our website and affiliated materials is accurate. However, prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

    Prices displayed on external or third-party websites may not reflect current rates and will not be honored. Sirona Wellness Spa reserves the right to decline or correct any pricing discrepancies listed elsewhere.

  • Couples Massage Policy for NEW Clients

    To reserve a couples massage — whether in the same room or separate rooms — new clients are required to prepay for services. After booking, you’ll receive a detailed confirmation email outlining our payment process, cancellation policy, and rescheduling instructions.

    Cancellation Policy:

    - 24+ Hours’ Notice: If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, your massage service credits will remain on your account for rebooking. If you prefer a refund, it will be processed accordingly. (Please note: new or rebooked appointments will require prepayment if a refund is issued.)

    - Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice: Massage service credits are non-refundable if canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

    - Same-Day Cancellations: A 50% fee of the total service amount will apply. In this case, both service credits will be removed from your account, and an account credit (equal to 50% of the total service fee) will be added for future use.

    - No-Shows or Cancellations Within 1 Hour of Appointment: Both service credits will be forfeited and no refund or account credit will be issued.

Service Age Requirements

Massage Therapy

Minors under the age of 18 require the signature of parent or guardian upon check-in. Children age 15 or under require a parent or guardian in the treatment room.

Float Therapy

Minors between the ages of 14-17 require the signature of parent or guardian upon check-in. Floating is not suggested for children under the age of 14.

Infrared Sauna

Must be 18 years or older
