Cancellation Policy

We get it, life happens! Please let us know as soon as possible if you cannot make your scheduled session. 

When booking a service with us, you agree to the following policies:

• Cancel or Reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice:  No Charge

• Cancel or Reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hour notice: 50% of the full rate.  You can avoid this charge if you are able to find someone to fill your spot, we will try our best as well!

• No call/No Show: If you do not show up for any reason without notice, you will be charged for the full session.

If you are late your session may be shortened at no discount and will end at the original time your appointment time ended at.

Please be sure to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and use the restroom.
