Late/Cancellation Policies.

  • Cancellations/No-Show.

    Sirona Wellness Spa sends a reservation confirmation email 24-hrs prior to the scheduled appointment. We require a 24-hr notice for any cancellations. If the appointment is canceled or rescheduled between 1 and 24-hrs before the session, 50% of the session price will be charged. In the event you are unable to make your appointment, and less than an hour's notice is given, the full price of the session will be charged to the account on file.

    • Cancel or Reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice: No Charge.

    • Cancel or Reschedule your appointment between 1 and 24 hour notice: 50% of the full rate.

    • No Call/No Show: If you cancel less than an hour before your scheduled time or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the session price.

    • If you are late, your session may be shortened at no discount and will end at the original time your appointment time ended at. Please be sure to arrive a few minutes early to settle in and use the restroom. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session will be considered a no-show.

  • Late Policy.

    If you are running behind, please give us a courtesy call to let us know. Since we are an appointment-based business, tardiness will cut into your service time, so punctuality is important. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered a no-show.

  • Couples Massage Policy: New Clients

    New clients booking a couples massage will be required to prepay for services. Immediately following booking, a detailed confirmation email will be sent with the policy, procedure for payment and cancellation instructions.

    - If appointments need to be canceled, and at least 24 hour notice is given, the massage service credits will remain on your account for rebooking. Or, if a refunded is requested, it will be processed. (Please note that new/rebooked appointments will require prepayment if refund is made).

    - Massage service credits will not be refunded if we are not given 24 hours notice for cancellations.

    - For same day cancellations, we charge 50% of the total service fee. In the case of same day cancellations, both service credits will be removed from the account used for booking, and a dollar amount (aka account credit) will be added to the account. This credit can be used towards future appointments.

    - For no-shows (or less than an hour notice), both service credits will be removed.
