Our primary website is operated through Squarespace. Online booking, account management, gift card purchasing, memberships, and certain other customer functions may be provided through Float Helm/HelmBot on a separate floathelm.com website.

Online Booking Through Float Helm
Online booking is provided through Float Helm, a third-party service.
When you click a booking link on Sirona’s website, you may be taken to a separate Float Helm website. Information you enter there is processed through Helm’s systems and may include your name, email address, telephone number, account information, appointment information, purchases, memberships, and related transaction information.
Because the booking site is operated on a separate Helm domain, Sirona cannot control all aspects of Helm’s website presentation, including where privacy-policy links appear. Information processed through Helm may also be subject to Helm’s own privacy practices and terms.
Sirona may use information received from Helm for appointment management, customer service, accounting, analytics, and advertising measurement as described in this Privacy Policy.
Advertising and Conversion Measurement

We use these technologies for purposes such as conversion measurement, attribution, campaign performance analysis, and understanding whether advertising interactions result in bookings, purchases, memberships, or other business activity.
We do not intentionally use confidential therapist notes, treatment information, or health-related intake responses for advertising targeting or conversion measurement.
Google Ads and Enhanced Conversions
Sirona may use Google Ads Enhanced Conversions and offline conversion measurement.
These tools may allow information associated with a booking or customer interaction to be matched with advertising activity so we can understand whether a Google advertisement contributed to a booking, completed appointment, membership, or other conversion.
Depending on the interaction, Google may receive limited customer information such as a hashed email address or telephone number, conversion time, conversion value, and transaction or booking identifiers.
Google Analytics
We may use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and customer interactions.
